System Roles: Facilities Services serves the WSU System in the development of comprehensive capital planning, design and construction of facilities and environments, space optimization, capital budget management and life cycle cost analyses to better leverage shared resources.

Campus Roles: Facilities Services mission on the Pullman campus is to maintain and operate campus buildings, grounds, and utilities with responsible stewardship. We also provide essential services to the University through our service centers.
